It all began in 1971 in the country of Iran, where I was serving in the Peace Corps as a soil Scientist. God had to take me half way around the world to show me the difference between following a religion and following Jesus Christ. My life has never been the same. There was seminary, church planning among Muslims and Hindus in East Africa, traveling around the United States recruiting others to become overseas missionaries, running an insurance agency, and now serving as Senior Pastor of Fellowship Bible Church. I have tried to live by this principle: where he leads me I will follow.

My wife, Monika and I have six children and six grandchildren.
